Mark as Useful 16 unsolicited calls to my cell phone in 2 days. Something about auto warranty. How do I stop these costly and annoying intrusions?

Mark as Useful I an also on do not call list so why are they still calling my cell number and home number. I want themto stop when I see the number I just font answer my phone . If you call back they hang up. It keeps calling several times in a row thinking you will answer. I know this is an auto dial system

Mark as Useful I get call 4 times a day even at around 10pm at night all week.They also call more on the weekend I tell them to stop but they dont care and keep one like it never happened .They make me sick they are wastink my time and if they don't stop I'm gonna report them.
